ESAGED

The Escola Superior d'Arxivística i Gestió de Documents , linked with UAB, gives degrees for Graduat Superior en Arxivística i Gestió de Documents and has been created by FUAB with the objective of training experts that are able to respond efficiently to the challenges posed by the present needs in the world of information. These challenges must be faced regardless of the age of documents and the various situations under which documents have been elaborated, and all within the context created by today's technological innovation and the quality of services.

This program represents a pioneer initiative on the part of the Spanish State and involves collaboration with Associació d'Arxivers de Catalunya .

The school is also designed to offer a wide variety of continued education opportunities in order to aid sector professionals in obtaining the document management expertise demanded by today's knowledge-based society. Consulting services are also available.
